Directions to City Island by Public Transportation:

Subway/Bus
Take the 6 train northbound to the last stop (Pelham Bay Park). During peak service times, trains run every few minutes and take about 45 minutes from Grand Central Station to Pelham Bay Park.

At Pelham Bay Park, transfer to the Bx29 bus to City Island (do not get on toward Co-op City). Here's the link to the BX29 map/schedule.

The dinner is at the Harlem Yacht club, but if you're meeting a boat, check with your captain which marina they're at.

For the Harlem Yacht Club, get off at Ditmars Street (in front of the IGA supermarket). Walk one block west (turn right) on Ditmars, then one block north (turn right) on Hunter Avenue. The club is on your left at the end of the street. Buses run every 20 minutes during peak hours, with a 5 minute running time to Ditmars Street.

For the City Island Yacht Club (63 Pilot Street), get off the bus at Pilot St and head west (turn right).

The Event!

Captains and crew (and any dinner attendees who can form a team of two or more) are invited to take part in the inaugural KSA "Glee" Karaoke competition after the dinner at Harlem Yacht Club on Sunday, May 29. A copy of the song list is posted below so your crews can prepare to compete! Special marks for creativity, choreography and costumery!
